Altas temperaturas hoy en Alicante
Según la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología, hoy en Alicante se esperan máximas de 34º y mínimas de 23º, con alerta amarilla en el dia de hoy por Ola de calor.
Desde Alicantina de Limpiezas os recomendamos lo siguiente;
- Evitar realizar actividades físicas en las horas centrales del dia entre 12:00 y 18:00
- Cuando vayáis por la calle con ropa ligera y colores claros, zapatos que traspiren bien el calor, gafas de sol y a ser posible algún sombrero o gorra en la cabeza.
- Durante todo el día, beber mucha agua y así evitar la deshidratación. También podéis alternar con zumos.
- Para comer, platos frescos y ligeros para así no sentirse pesado; ensaladas, cremas, sopas frías
- Tener una especial atención sobre niños y personas mayores , que son más vulnerables a sufrir golpes de calor
- Evitar la exposición prolongada al sol durante las 12:00 y las 18;00 horas, y protegerse del sol mediante las cremas solares.
- Aprovechar para refrescarse en la playa o piscina.
Los síntomas de un golpe de calor son;
- Una temperatura corporal extremadamente elevada (por encima de 103°F ó 39.5°C)
- Piel enrojecida, caliente y seca (sin sudor)
- Pulso rápido y fuerte
- Dolor de cabeza palpitante
- Mareo
- Náuseas
- Confusión
- Pérdida del conocimiento
Si alguien sufre estos síntomas ;
- Lleve a la víctima a un área sombreada.
- Enfríe a la víctima rápidamente con cualquier método a su disposición. Por ejemplo, introduzca a la víctima en una bañera con agua fría o bajo una ducha fría; rocíela con agua fría con una manguera; aplíquele agua en todo el cuerpo con una esponja; o, si hay poca humedad, envuelva a la víctima en una sábana fría y mojada y abaníquela vigorosamente.
- Vigile la temperatura corporal y siga tratando de enfriar a la víctima hasta que su temperatura descienda a 101-102°F (entre 38°C y 39°C).
- Si el personal médico de emergencia tarda en llegar, llame al servicio de urgencias de un hospital y pídale instrucciones adicionales.
- No le dé a la víctima bebidas alcohólicas.
- Consiga asistencia médica lo antes posible
